Pursuant to ORC 3301.0729, there is a limit to the amount of time in which schools may engage in test preparation for students; approximately 2% of total instructional hours, with some exceptions. The school wishes to apply for a waiver in order to provide assistance to the students who need the additional testing preparation time.
